I wanted to give you a quick update on the successes of our searches in Ghana, using Wazobiajobs.com. We posted 3 engineering-related positions. I received more than 30 resumes, most of which were in Ghana, but a few were from Nigeria and Lagos and a couple were from the US. We were successful in interviewing these candidates by phone and then in person in Accra. We have now received accepted offers by three of these people to start in the next 3 weeks.
