Director of Finance/ CFOJob description:
Establish fiscal policies and procedures for the bank.
Prepare and review all monthly financial statements with the bank's board of management.
Prepare and provide weekly updates of bank balances.
Manage bookkeeping process to ensure quality data is available in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain program budgets including 3-year budget projections for all business lines and for the bank.
Manage and execute year-end audits.
Maintain and update fiscal calendar including all reporting deadlines including but not limited to audit schedule, initiation of annual budget process, monthly close date, etc.
Ensure delivery of all financial reports on time to the central bank and other agencies as necessary.
Attend board meetings and present financial statements.
Strategize about ways in which the bank can become more fiscally efficient and effective.
Will be responsible for all financial functions within the organization and will ensure that the organization continues to grow while maintaining financial stability.

Qualifications
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree, with strong preference for candidates with MBA.
At least 5 years of significant work experience with banking/financial organizations as a CFO, Director of Finance, Comptroller or equivalent.
Thorough understanding of industry standards.
Understands how to develop financial models for growth and expansion.
Demonstrates the ability to manage the entrepreneurial challenges of creating a new organization including partnership creation and the development of systems and procedures.
Can work effectively in a fluid environment and with a wide range of constituents, including board members, school personnel, and vendors
