OTR Tyres (Ghana) Ltd is part of an international group providing tyre solutions for the mining industry in the following areas: Tyre Management Services, Tyre Fitting Services, Technical Consultancy, Re-tread Manufacturing, Mining Tyre Repair.
Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee the management and safe work performance of tyre service personnel as well as assist the site Project Manager in managing the daily operations of the company on site in a fast moving and challenging environment
He/she will maintain and look to continually improve the quality of service of the company by providing technical support to the light Vehicle workshop and other OTR light vehicle facilities as required
OTR are able to offer the successful candidate a competitive remuneration package structured around knowledge, experience and skills
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have:
A minimum of 5 years proven technical or commercial experience
A demonstrable desire to learn and succeed
Previous experience as a workshop supervisor or people manager
Good written and spoken English
At least HND in a relevant subject
A valid Commercial Vehicle License (Class F)
