WYG International is currently implementing the project "Technical Assistance to Lagos State Government for the Development of its Capacity to prepare and implement Budgets within a Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF)".
WYG currently have a requirement for a short-term expert with experience in Oracle Release 12 to present a training of trainers course to Budget and Planning officers in the Ministry of Planning and Budget (MEPB), Lagos.
Qualifications
We are seeking an expert with the following qualifications and experience: Experience in sub-Saharan Africa At least ten years of experience relevant to the assignment Qualified in computer science/ICT or a similar discipline An accounting qualification would be an added advantage Experience from a user perspective of Oracle Release 12 Experience in the development and delivery of training on finance/accounting software The assignment will involve an initial input of 6 working days, taking place in August 2010.
