This is an excellent opportunity for experienced supply professionals to play an important part in developing the function and training the local national workforce to support this growth.
We are seeking supply professionals with experience across the supply chain including warehousing, logistics and purchasing, ideally with a mining industry background. As a key part of your role is to train French speaking Nationals, French and English language skills are required.
To be successful, you will possess the following: • Experience in supply within the mining sector, ideally within Africa • Proven background in implementing supply processes and procedures, ideally with Greenfield experience • ERP knowledge and experience • French language skills and understanding and sensitivity toward different cultures • The ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and develop strong relationships
